Shipping costs
The transport takes place in Italy and in Europe through SDA (for some types of items, which exceed the size allowed by the SDA courier, will be ship via another courier at our discretion).
Shipping costs are always free in Italy and Europe.
The shipment is carried out in a single solution for all the items ordered, if the customer wishes we can ship the items separately.
The shipment is made to the address indicated at the time of registration of the customer on our site. Any subsequent changes must be notified by email before the order is processed.
It is important for the transport that we are provided with a phone number necessary for the contact and an email address. The carrier makes 2 attempts to deliver to the indicated shipping address, after 2 failed delivery attempts, the material is in storage and must therefore be unblocked.
If the package is not perfectly intact or is in bad condition, we invite you to withdraw it "with reserve", by placing next to the signature on the delivery document of the carrier and clearly labeled "Received with reserve damaged package".
If the package is severely damaged so as to have certainly also caused damage to the internal content, we urge you to reject the delivery by asking to always put on the delivery document the words "Rejected goods damaged package".
