Craftsmanship and matter in a suggestive encounter. A hand-crafted fiberglass floor lamp. A sinuous object that lights up completely and seems to come from distant worlds, to inhabit the space with kindness.

A long metal rod crosses the soft glass diffuser. The evocative intensity of the simplest and purest forms for a lamp with large dimensions and a sophisticated and discreet presence.

Luxy was the first lamp in the Rotaliana catalogue, designed in 2002: a model that is both original and familiar. It introduced elements in plastic material together with glass and metal and recalled the historical models of table lamps with balanced movements. It used both hidden springs and friction joints and, to make it more domestic, a colored glass hat that partially diffused the light in the room. After almost twenty years, the Luxy family grows: two new models, floor and table, characterized by simplified shapes, for purely domestic use. The hat, the element that most characterizes the Luxy lamp family, is re-proposed in new color variants: gold, copper, smoked.

The colors, geometries and details such as the handle make Callimaco one of the emblematic pieces of Sottsass' Radical Design, which brings artistic and conceptual research to everyday objects, transforming them into unconventional works of art.

The long threadlike stems of Typha latifolia, an elegant aquatic plant, inspire the supports of this lamp with a delicate, almost lyrical design. And the same movement of the plants moved by the wind returns to the original lampshade. A gently irregular shape, in opaque glass on the inside and transparent on the outside, animated by bright jagged lines.

Drink is a family of floor and suspension lamps that stands out for its simple and iconic design that recalls the shape of a goblet, full of light. The surfaces are characterized by lacquering in classic colors or by matt and satin treatments that refer to the world of metals.
