Since the parts of a divine creature are not mortal, the deities transformed them into a gem, Onyx. There is magic in her, a thin skin, transparent even if it is made of stone. Honicé makes the solidity of marble bright and light.

With its ever-changing appearance depending on the point of view, it radically moves away from the register of pure and even monotonous forms usually associated with this type of lamp. Like the Black Star of the Empire, frozen in space, its unfinished appearance is the opposite of its technical efficiency.
