Bon Ton is a collection of table lamps inspired by pendant earrings. Feminine ornament and refined accessory, the earring is an object which, through the combination of different volumes and materials, lends itself to being declined in different compositions. Within this design scenario, simple shapes and different materials are superimposed to design lamps intended as suspended pieces of jewellery. The elementary volumes superimposed along the cable create micro-architectures in the shape of pendants. The composition closes at the end with a butterfly curl in natural brass, a clear allusion to the design reference.

The elementary geometry of the spherical diffuser makes it an iconic product and helps the uniform diffusion of light through the acid-etched blown glass.

Tee is a design exercise of research between geometric rigor and elegance, aesthetically marked by the curved line. Luminous spheres animated by lines that recall the wave nature of light and connected to curved organically shaped stems, recall the delicacy of the calla flower.

The edge of the diffuser in heat-treated transparent crystal characterizes the elementary shape revealing a special mastery in the craftsmanship of the glass. Internal structure in steel, lamp body in blown opal glass with hand-applied crystal glass wire.

Bouquet combines classicism, elegance and originality with multifaceted uses. Protagonist on the night table or in the corner of a living space, Bouquet gives a soft light suitable for reading and relaxation. A luminous sculpture which, once lit, highlights the delicate chiaroscuro effects created by the "folds" of the diffuser. The design of the lampshade (2006) is signed by Luta Bettonica and Mario Melocchi , a tribute to the original project by Franco Bettonica who in 1965 was inspired by origami to create a ceramic vase with an eccentric shape.

The hand-blown diffuser creates suggestive interactions with the light. The shaded white gradation allows to hide the light source and to direct its emission upwards, creating an atmosphere of soft light that enhances the material characteristics of the glass.
